I’m having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier. I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda, and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel. next up is smokes and brews, but I like to consider myself a patient man.”
Although he has more changes he wants to make, such as quitting smoking and cutting back on alcohol, Post said he is “taking it one step at a time” and considers himself a “patient man”.
Post also shared that he has been spending a lot of time in the studio lately, working on new music that he is “really excited to share with [his fans]”. He expressed his gratitude for his fans’ patience and support.

He wanted to let his fans know that “you are loved more than you know” and encouraged them to “keep fucking crushing it” and “spread love wherever you go”.
