Differently abled content creator Kennedy Rioba alias Babushka has revealed that he used to crop his pictures or capture them on portrait mode, to hide his amputated legs from netizens.
The creator who was recently gifted a car by a friend said he feared that women would run away from him if they saw his full pictures that showed his disability.
Sharing the pivotal moment that sparked his turnaround, Babushka on his Instagram story revealed having developed self acceptance, a virtue that essentially helped him get over the stigma of being amputated and launch on a prosperous content creation journey.
He explained that his story has now taken on an alternative route, with him being the one avoiding girls messages unlike how before when they used to snob his messages.
“Kitambo I used to Crop/ portrait my pics juu nlikua naogopa madem watanilenga because of my physical Appearance Since I developed self- acceptance saii mi ndo nawalenga apo kwa dm Lol” he posted on Instagram.
In a related story, Babushka who is physically challenged together with his pretty girlfriend (whom they are rumoured to have parted ways with) told off critics claiming they look like mother and son.
The bold girlfriend who went after the nosy netizens said she was older than her lover by only five years, and to them age does not matter, professing her love for him.
Babushka’s lover said he satisfies her in bed and their relationship was genuine love and not otherwise as many claim.
