Manchester United manager has said that Bruno Fernades will continue to captain the side when Harry Maguire is not on the pitch.

This comes after calls by pundits and fans to have him stripped of the role due to his conduct in the seven nill loss match to Liverpool at anfield. Bruno appeared to push the referee during the match which angered many and was termed as unprofessional. The action were investigated by FA but no charges were pressed against the player. Bruno alongside his teammates was also accused of giving up too early during that day mauling to their arch rivals.
In his Press Conference ahead of tomorrows Europa league crash with Real Betis ,Ten Hag said that Bruno would continue wearing the arm band saying that he is an inspiration to the players and he is really happy to have him in the team.”Everyone makes mistakes,we have to learn,he has to learn and he will because he is intelligent.”Ten Hag added.
