Mugithi maestro DJ Fatxo has made a comeback on his social media platforms after months of grueling tension over allegations that he was a major suspect in the Jeff Mwathi case.
However, as the sun sets on this saga, a new dawn breaks with Fatxo’s online resurrection, which was characterized by much change including a Bible verse he shared in Instagram.
In honor of his birthday, DJ Fatxo turned to the wisdom of Psalms 37:5, “I have been young, and now am old; Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.” This heartfelt message resounded with his audience, who had been eagerly awaiting the his untimely return.
During his birthday reflection, DJ Fatxo’s words took on a bittersweet tone as he implored the upcoming year to be kind to him, conceding that the past year had been turbulent.
He likened his experience to gold that had been sifted in the furnace, a testament to the strength he displayed in the face of hardship.
Highlighting the significance of goodwill and prayer, DJ Fatxo reminded his followers, “Always do good to others; it will come back to you in unexpected ways, and pray for protection. For protection, because there’s a lot we can’t see.”
As DJ Fatxo makes his recovery, rumors are swirling that the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has found no substantial evidence linking him to Jeff Mwathi’s untimely demise. The investigation files have now been forwarded to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP), and a verdict regarding the case is expected shortly
