The Lebanese boss lady by the TikTok username, Maria Cataleya has revealed a  surprising transformation in her stance as she reached out to her nanny, Rosie, urging her not to go back to Lebanon.

The shift In Maria’s approach is surprising, after videos surfaced where her children tearfully expressed their desire for Rosie’s return.

Maria herself had in a separate TikTok video pleaded with Rosie to return, reflecting the emotional turmoil she had also been in.

Despite her initial plea for Rosie to go back to Lebanon, however, the boss lady, who witnessed a substantial surge in her TikTok following due to Kenyan Netizens being impressed by her kids’ affection for Rosie, now seems to have  a change of heart.

The Lebanese boss has now implored Rosie to remain in Kenya and continue caring for her children.

In an unexpected twist, Maria has clarified that the overwhelming attention garnered by the videos featuring her kids crying for Rosie’s return has opened up new opportunities for Rosie in Kenya.

Consequently, she suggested that Rosie should not bother returning to Lebanon but should stay in Kenya to explore and grab the newfound job prospects.

Maria who emphasized that she desired the best for Rosie, highlighted the importance of her being physically present for her young children during this emotionally charged period hence her abrupt change of plans.

The nanny, who goes by the name Roseline ‘Rosie’ Atieno went viral the other day when a video of her emotional farewell from the family she was working for in Lebanon went viral.

In an interview with Pancras Karema, CEO of Expeditions Maasai Safaris the mom of 3 has now opened up on why she decided to leave Kenya for the Levante in the first place.

“I cried because I had mixed feelings about meeting my kids after two years and leaving kids I had taken care of for two years who treated me like their parents.

On why she had had to leave her kids back home for such a long time, Rosy disclosed that she had exited a marriage that was not working and thus needed to go to the Middle Eastern country for better opportunities.

“I went in October 2021, and at that time, I was in a marriage that was not working, and I decided to go there and find greener pastures to be able to give my kids a good life,” she explained.
