Most of the choices we make as Kenyans emanate from the resources that we have that is why we are doing everything possible to make sure that we put resources to where the people are so that we improve the economy of Kenya,” Nyoro said.

Speaking during the Madaraka Day fete in Moi stadium, Embu County, Nyoro who is also the chair of the budget committee in the National Assembly (NA) demonstrated that the government’s budget of Ksh.3.6 trillion in the Financial Year 23/24 will enable Kenyans access more resources.

And because we want to take resources where Kenyan people are and to capacitate them we are putting 27% of our resources into education because we want JSS to be seamless and also we want to capitalize JSS we want to hire more teachers and more tutors for our TVETs,” he said.

He added that road infrastructure is essential for the development of the economy and government is addressing the issue by channeling resources to the construction of roads.
