The Brazilian forward was stretchered out of the pitch on 19th Of February match against LOSC Lille.The star has had four ankle injuries in the last four years which has seen him miss almost 2 years of footballs on the sidelines.

PSG announced that Neymar will undergo surgery in Doha,Qatar to fix the issue and avoid a major problem.After the announcement the star took to his social media pages promising to come back stronger. Neymar who was having a season to remember with PSG will miss tomorrows champions league clash against Bayern Munich with his team trailing after a one nill set back in Munich.
Neymars has 18 goals and 17 assists across all competitions this season and among the top scorers in league one.If PSG emerge victorious over Bayern and advance deep into Championship football then Neymar might be ready for the finals with the injury expected to take three to four months.
It might also be possible that he has played his last match for PSG with transfer rumours emerging. PSG head coach Christophe Galtier says Neymar is an important players for the club but would be open to let him go if a pleasing offer comes along.

PSG are heavily linked with Manchester united forward Marcus Rashford who has been in form this season.Marcus is still to sign a new contract with Manchester United but is tied to the club till 2024.His agents have been said to have met with PSG owners and the club is pushing to have Rashford with them.
Manchester United head coach Erik Ten Hag reiterated that Rashford is an important part of the squad and he will not go easy.
